What is the mission of Gothix?
We were inspired to create this shop not only to make awesome products, but also to do good. We allocate resources from artists, curators, or by upcycling (fancy word for making items that would otherwise be trash look pretty). We're inspired to try to do more with less. Don't be shocked if you receive recycled newspaper instead of packing peanuts!
What is the benefit of buying from a small business?
In our age, buying from small businesses can often be overlooked due to the convenience of stores and online shopping. When buying from our shop, you are not only supporting us but also many other small business owners. Since we source 95% from other artists, creators, and makers in the US, it casts a cool ripple effect of support for multiple entrepreneurs.
Are your products safe?
Health and safety is very important to us. Our products that contain dyes and micas have been batch tested and FDA-permitted for external use. For more information and recommended usage, please refer to our Shop Info & Policies page.
Are your bath bombs vegan?
Our bath bombs are vegan-friendly and contain no animal products. Even the pink, purple, and red pigments that are often derived from insects will not used in our shop!
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We try our best to ship every order as fast as possible! Most orders are shipped within a week of purchase. If your order contains handmade goods or our shop is backlogged, it may take longer. In this case you will be notified via email and given an estimated shipping time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders in the US are usually shipped First Class and should be expected to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment.
Orders outside of the US typically take 2-4 weeks from the date of shipment to arrive.
